GRUPOS INFORMAIS: UM ESTUDO DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO PÚBLICA

O presente trabalho possui como objetivo analisar os gestores de uma Instituição Ensino Pública lidam com Grupos Informais presentes na organização e buscou responder ao seguinte questionamento: Público dentro da organização? A pesquisa se justifica, pois, a compreensão dos permite análises úteis criação estratégias, impactando diretamente no resultado (MEIRELLES, 2013). Metodologicamente, é classificada um estudo exploratório qualitativo. Na coleta dados foi utilizado questionário semiestruturado. Quanto aos resultados, feito análise conteúdo o auxílio do software MAXQDA 2020 versão 20.4.0. Pôdese concluir que instituição estudada utilizam bastante diálogo para gerenciar grupos informais, acompanham pouco fatores levam surgimento Informais, mas realizam boas práticas são benéficas controle efeitos negativos rede rumores.Palavras-chave: Diretores, Pública.
